Tour de France #13: Kreuziger fastest for Team Dimension Data

Stage 13 was the only individual time of trial of this year’s Tour de France; a 27,2 km course starting and ending in Pau. Julian
Alaphilippe (DQS) claimed the win with a time of 35’00”, ahead of Geraint Thomas (INS) and Thomas De Gendt  (LTS). Alaphilippe retained the yellow jersey.

Roman Kreuziger, who started the day as our best placed rider on the general classification was last out and set our fastest time for the day, at 37’39”. He finished in 45th spot. Steve Cummings and Ben King were a few seconds off, clocking 37’45” and 37’50” respectively.

The time was enough for Kreuziger to retain a spot in the Top 20, as we look ahead to tomorrow, which will be a big day in the mountains.
