Qhubeka NextHash classics team head to GP Wallonie

The GP Wallonie takes place on Wednesday 15 September and Team Qhubeka NextHash will line-up with a strong classics type squad for the Belgian UCI 1.Pro race.

After the GP Wallonie did not take place last year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the race is back on the calendar this season and is set to run over its familiar 200km route from Aywaille to Citadelle de Namur.

Team Qhubeka NextHash will be at the start with a strong classics type squad spearheaded by our Belgian duo, Victor Campenaerts and Dimitri Claeys. For Campenaerts, Wallonie will be part of his final tune-up ahead of the World Championships. For Claeys, this is a race he previously finished 2nd at, in 2018.

Michael Gogl is also well suited to the parcour and will hope to ride strongly alongside teammates Bert-Jan Lindeman & Harry Tanfield. Completing the team, and fresh out of last weeks Tour of Britain, will be Carlos Barbero.
