Campenaerts champions the Ubuntu spirit in raising funds for Qhubeka

Victor Campenaerts has joined forces with a host of riders across the professional peloton to auction off race jerseys in order to raise funds and awareness for the Qhubeka Charity.

The 30-year-old Belgian has called on a host of the biggest names in the sport to get involved, with exciting regular reveals for the duration that will be sure to create huge excitement amongst cycling fans.

The first jersey available is that of the Belgian champion Wout van Aert, which you can view now via the following link:

“Even though I am leaving, the team, and especially Qhubeka, will always be very close to my heart,” said Campenaerts.

“The Qhubeka Charity and what it does in changing lives with bicycles will be in my life forever, and it’s something that I’m incredibly proud to be a part of. When I approached some of the other riders with the idea, they were all excited and just wanted to get involved.

“This speaks to the true spirit of Ubuntu and shows that all of us, no matter who we represent, all share a common humanity and are able to use our respective platforms for good.”
