Arnaud Demare (Groupama-FDJ) won the 10th stage of the Giro d’Italia, sprinting to the win ahead of Elia Viviani (Deceuninck-Quickstep) and Rudiger Selig (Bora-Hansgrohe) Stage 10 of the Giro d’Italia was just a short and flat 145km from Ravenna to Modena. Following the rest day, the peloton was somewhat subdued today as only 2 riders jumped into the break, resulting in the race running 15 minutes behind schedule. Nevertheless, come the final, the sprinters teams took charge and upped the ante over the last 20km. Team Dimension Data did well to look after Giacomo Nizzolo once again coming into the final 3km, Mark Renshaw piloted.
